Thanks so much for your feedback — it’s a huge encouragement for us! You’re totally right that the collision needs more fine-tuning and testing, and I’ll work on improving that after the jam.

I also played your game — it’s fantastic! I was genuinely amazed at how a level that looks identical could deliver so many fresh and interesting gameplay ideas through movement, space, and elements that were actually already present in the first level. By the time I got to level three, it felt like I was trying to control a car skidding on ice — in the best way possible, hahaha. Your game gave me so much inspiration in terms of gameplay design, and I really enjoyed it!

Hahahahaha! Thanks a ton for your comments and feedback — super helpful! Your notes on the trap hitboxes and the drop-camera are spot-on; I’ll tweak those after the jam and upload an updated build.
I also played and rated your game — absolutely loved it. The art style is stellar, and that midline split between two spaces in 2D is such a clever, striking idea. It instantly made me think of those tense split-screen moments in films and animation. Fantastic work, and thanks again! 🙏

Thank you so much for your feedback!  I'm really glad you enjoyed the art and story, and I really appreciate you pointing out the control issue. I’ll definitely look into fixing that bug and improving the experience!

Of course, feel free to use it!

You can mention my name as Yichuan Wang or River Wang — either one works.

Absolutely love the gameplay — super addictive! The retro CRT-style curved screen effect works perfectly with the art and sound — it really pulls you into the vibe.

That said... the difficulty’s no joke — I keep dying over and over 😂 But somehow, that just makes me want to try again.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful words 🙏

We poured a lot into shaping the narrative flow, so it means a lot that it resonated with you. As for the art and audio — we’re still figuring out how to give them the care they deserve. It’s all a learning process, and your perspective helps more than you know. Thanks again for playing and sharing your thoughts!

Thank you so much for playing and for your kind words — it truly means a lot to us!

This was the first complete game my teammate and I have ever made, and we were really working at the edge of our technical abilities.
That’s why we focused all our effort on making the story and experience as tight and coherent as possible within our limitations.

We're so glad it resonated with you!
