Yeah, it took me a minute to figure it out, too. So when you hack something, you'll see a series of three numbers. These numbers follow a pattern (a different pattern for each lock), and you have to guess the next number based on the pattern. For example, one of them doubles the number each time, while another moves the digits one to the left each time.

You need to become friends with her first. She hangs out in the gym after school, after the dance troupe leaves. You can talk to her and give her gifts there. I think you also need to have found the secret entrance to the school (found by scavving around the park). Eventually, she'll ask if you know a way into school after hours, starting the quest.
three questions:
1. What do I do with all the tattered magazines and books I find? The description says they can be cleaned up and sold, but I can't find anyone to sell them to.
2. How do I "Find out what I need to make a hole in the wall" for the glory hole quest? I've already got a chisel and a wood saw that I found while scavenging, but apparently, those aren't the tools I need.
3. Is there a list of all the available quests and how to start them somewhere? There's apparently one for an orgy in the park at night, but I have no idea how to start it. And I don't even know what other quests are out there, much less how to trigger them.
