Yes You can use Page Up and Page Dn on the keyboard in order to swap characters on the learn skills page! I still have to fix the names not being correct as they work for the attune rift materia command and not with the skills but Page up and down should work!

Looking at the documentation it seems the directions were off by 1 number, this will be fixed in the next update!

Alright that's unfortunate, no worries but it is a in development game, and there was no other way around it. The RPG Maker enemy database goes to 1000 but the Bestiary plugin only goes to 570 for whatever reason. I hope you do come back again some time and I hope you enjoy your other games!

I have fixed the Beast Book issue (a LOT faster then I expected) and now you should be able to complete the Beast Book wayy quicker, since there is only 1 entry per enemy! This probably will require a new save though!

What I'm going to do is fix the drop tables of the duplicate enemies (duplicates for level scaled areas)

 to be pretty much identical (in terms of the main 3 that drop on the bestiary)

This is going to achieve the bestiary to have way more space for me to work on future updates, the bestiary will also be a much easier task to complete, as there won't be like 5 minotaurs, etc in the bestiary that have the exact same drops other then different levels

The only duplicates I feel like should exist are New Game + ones, just because of the actual different stats
What do you feel about this?

(In reality I have like 200 enemies but I was stupid to not think that the duplicates should be hidden)

This being said, with the future updates this extra area is my final area im building, it just really sucks that the bestiary is doing this to me right at the end.. I'm just cringing at the thought that you might have to restart, if theres any way I can even upload a quick version with a head start on some items for you because this is just really shitty and I never intended for the game to break this hard again, as I thought I was past this part of the building process.


EDIT: I'm going to take a pretty long time to figure out how I can completely rework the database, so that there is literally only 1 or 2 duplicates per enemy because I am thinking about how I can scale the areas with the limitations of RPG Maker..

So the level will work in the same playthrough, I tested this on a fresh one!

The Bestiary, I'm afraid is going to endlessly break your game if you manage to get to the extra content area that I added after the game is technically beaten, because the last enemy im pretty sure is like 15 enemies off of where the actual last enemy is, but with hiding the duplicate enemies, this achieves the beast book to be down to a lower number, Unfortunately this does NOT carry over into a existing save, I've tried to see if theres a way to refresh the book in a existing game and I don't think anything will work :(

I think the issue is unfortunately the Exceeding number being 570, I have hidden about 80 duplicate enemies (scaled for different areas) and its down to 497!

This fixes the issue I'm pretty sure but I tested it on a old save and it doesn't seem to change the beast book around... :(

I also upped the max levels to 500! I finally figured it out :D

I'm quite scared, the Beast Book error is apparently because I'm exceeding the number of enemies that the book will allow... I really don't know how far back it goes but I may have to completely delete the entire Beast Book idea if this persists..

I checked and the Rivals are now out so you can freely pass through the port now! :)

Also be sure to check the Nerd at Cradalios college if you have the Types Chart, I wrote in a new book that tells way better information

I'm probably just going to stop the event from happening for now, just so that the game can be played, and if I can fix it on my end I will add it back in! I'm going to reupload the game, I hope it's not too annoying to have to redownload it everytime I apologize!

It is not fixed, I might have to just fully delete this Rivals idea.. this is unfortunate haha

I have a hunch of what it was, I'm hoping it should be fixed I turned off a move that is used at turn 5, he was probably trying to use it on a dead enemy!

Wow, alright I'm going to figure this out I don't know what could have caused this I'm going to test and check this right away!

At the moment I literally typed "Bread" instead of "Loaf of Bread" in the Crafted Field Rations recipe, so I highly doubt it will work, I can update it right now but I will probably update that tommorow in the morning!

I'm about to be posting the update here in about 5 minutes, then I will begin typing the changelog :D

The demonic whirlpool is safe to go through, there is just no way back until you progress the main questline, everything there is pretty side questy but major upgrades and you should definetely talk to all the NPCs in the City there! :)
The quest completes actually when you walk into that broken igloo! Haha so I'm going to be hopefully fixing that with this update im about to be posting :)

I'm almost positive it has to be the old Tricia or Zeke face set that I used which was default RPG Maker, so I just forgot to change it, If it was a puke hair colored girl or the orange haired guy then it definetely is a old face set, Im going to fix this now and update the game super shortly!

EDIT: I checked and yes, it is the old Tricia face, thank you so much as I literally have been looking for the last few that I forgot to switch!

Alright I will fix this right away I think I know exactly the problem causing that! Thanks for letting me know!

If you find any more Light Errors can you please let me know as soon as possible? I deleted a asset I was no longer using and must have forgetten one or 2 but im going to search for them all now!

Yeah the main reason I was thinking for Bernard not wearing Accessories was because they are magical and he doesn't believe in magic or something along those lines I like your idea too he's just a gigachad!

Yeah I added portals already in case it happens again :D (theres 3 boss dungeons kind of like the Cradalios Cave that work in the same manner!)

This update should fix those pesky free Seed Rucksacks! Enjoy them for now though :D

That is really smart to make back up saves, I've had to make 100s of backup saves for RPG Maker itself because the program quite literally crashes about 5 times a day and around 2% of the time it will completely delete all of my maps, animations, or whatever random file it chooses for that day (luckily I back up a lot!)

Okay, Im actually updating the game today (has to do with the final tier of anvils not working) so I will fix and answer all of these questions right now!

- This is odd as the boss should teleport you out after beating it, I should definitely block off the access to the 2nd door because its only meant to be lootable the first time for the Heirloom piece for the quest!

-Bernard is not meant to equip Accessories, I didn't really come up with a lore reason why, and this is actually why I came up with Scriptures to kind of counteract his loss of the Accessory slot (slightly) as the scriptures have pretty niche uses. I also forgot to write this in his description I'm pretty sure so I will have to add in that he can't wear them! Or maybe add them in his recruitment dialogue for future players.

- Good to know,  yeah I can add them to be sellable! I think I made item stacks to 999 but Armor and Weapons I'm pretty sure are at 100.

- Im hoping once I fix the problem with Double Wind Wave, that it should show up in her Wind Spells, I just forgot to register it under Wind Spells, so it hides it.

The furnace, 6 farming patches, and the Stone pedestal object are all buyable upgrades that you get way later, in the Elven Realm, the furnace and the farming patches are from the same side quest, and the stone pedestal unlock is just a buyable if I remember correctly!

Yeah I actually came up with a idea just making like "Empty Attribute Tomes" which will be fairly rare (still trying to decide what will reward them)
which will permanently increase a chosen stat by 25! I hope it actually works!

Yeah luckily I haven't had a update to the one database page in a long time that usually breaks saves and I dont plan to ever update that page again so I'm hoping future updates won't require restarts!

EDIT: I've tried the level cap thing and it just doesn't seem to work at all so I think I might just lower some xp on the quest bosses specifically or maybe the repeatable dungeon bosses I will figure it out I guess I just need to make the leveling longer.

What do you think about raising the level cap past 99? It might reset progress like you said, but I think I may have found a plugin that allows for me to change the max level cap to whatever level I want! The reason I'm bringing this up is because you mentioned it which is a very good point, also grinding the dungeons + the quest bosses will easily get you to 99 so I feel like the incentive just drops off at that point because numbers dont change.

Yes exactly! I had it wayyy worse when I first planned out the Dungeons and the fights only gave 1 Win Token per any win!
Now the Win Tokens work like this as of a long time ago: 1 Win Token if there are 2 enemies, 2 Tokens for 3 enemies, and 3 Tokens for 4 enemies. The same formula works for all of the dungeons (There is 1 dungeon per element) and then the Omni dungeon which is a little bit of everything and then a new dungeon im working on for the final area I have no idea what the rewards will be though!
Also the dungeons after the Rifthaven one allow you to buy higher tier seed bags :)

The seed sacks are actually supposed to be 5 Win Tokens but I made a small mistake lol. The dungeon is a 5 different rooms that randomly roll when you enter the dungeon or choose next floor on the ladder, and with the Win Tokens you can buy a Sky Watcher's Key for 15 of them and this allows you to enter the Boss on the Ladder at the end of any of the floors! The chests will respawn after each floor, and when you kill the boss the chests have a cooldown of 1 floor before they will have loot in them again.

Oh you won't have to worry about a short game at all! (I hate short games as well) I purposely have made this game pretty long, theres still much to do even after you defeat the 3 demon generals I hope this isn't a bad thing either haha. If you don't grind the repeatable dungeons and skip side quests I think it will still take a decent amount of time, but the last area I've been working on actually will be the last area I'm thinking! I wish I could make the leveling system go above 99 because I would like stuff to matter after that point but I am still coming up with a way to raise Attributes after you hit 99! :D

EDIT: I thought I had a space issue for some reason, I think I am thinking of the Demo! I still have about 600 megabytes of space on the main game to upload here! I think this will fit all the future updates

Haha yeah, I'm almost done with all of the battlebacks! Even made a few custom ones on the fly to suit the areas I needed! The update should be out very soon, I apologize for the inconvenience again!

Okay, I have figured out what is causing it this time! I'm going to take a wild guess and assume that If I don't have a battleback in the area you encounter something that the book will break! I am going to spend all day and fix every single area that I overlooked (I made the rabbit tunnel quickly and forgot to put the simple battleback there for the dirt caves haha)

I'm really sorry that happened, I hope you still have the really rare drops of the demon scythe  and the augmentation! :( I hope there's no other battleback issues, I'm going to look through the rest of the areas just to make sure so that it doesnt happen again!!

I think I fixed it and I didn't have to scrap the background this is wonderful! I'm going to upload a new patch now after I fix a few things I forgot to do in the last changelog (update the Cauldrons)

Good news! I found the problem through playtesting the game up to that point! If you encounter a enemy for the first time in Cradalios Canyon, THIS is the trigger, because the background is not one of the default ones that came with rpg maker mv im guessing? (VERY WEIRD) I'm going to see if I can fix this because I really enjoy the Cradalios Canyon background haha

Yeah! eventually i'd like to either add the information of Status effects and skills to a web page or maybe put it in game but that would be very clunky and tedious to have inside game other then the 2 lines of information I can type per move or status effect haha!

Hello! I fixed the bottom 2 issues but the Paralysis thing I think you just got majorly unlucky with :(
Also I just updated the game and added a bunch of things (more to the end game) but I did add some things to the beginning and buffed Antipoison plus added visual numbers to the HP bars! here is the changelog if you would like to read everything in detail!!

For the Cradalios Canyon now loading screen is there a error on the screen? Or is it just stuck in a endless loading screen? I am going to search through every enemy that appears there though and check to see if anything is weird.

The Beast Book is a fairly new edition I added to the game and I'm still figuring it out myself I am really hoping that I can fix this Cradalios Canyon issue.. I will look at the other 3 issues as well!

For Paralysis, they have the status effect over their head but it only has a 30% chance to prevent the affected enemy or party member from moving per turn!

I fixed the Beatrix forest recruitment! Thanks for that one haha just a small thing I overlooked!

I see what you mean with her not learning Thaw, this is very weird.. I will figure this out don't worry I've had this happen with Lucian and Blinding Light before!  (I severely screwed up on this one and completely forgot to list Thaw under Fire Magic, therefore it hides the spell on accident, I will have this fixed by tommorow)

It is actually just a weapon that is really good if you get lucky early game, since Zeke and Bernard can use Scythes it really helps hitting 2x per attack! I honestly thought it was a bit more common than 1/250 I might have to lower it to be honest haha. Later on in the game through the main quests you can get a better one which is one of those guaranteed drops you were talking about earlier! :)

Well luckily I found the setting that screwed up the files overlapping now it looks a lot nicer! Here look at this now! I'm gonna try to put the extra lands in a spot where I can upload the new update so that you can enjoy the better menu and the small QoLs i've been adding 

For the Save Menu are you talking about the books on the left? What about the format on the right? I just wanted to show basically the farming level and the mining skill, because the rest of the variables aren't really a level based variable and it will only show about 3 it seems! I'm gonna look into the Books overlapping as that is quite annoying, thank you!
