I don't know if it'll work for you too, but i converted .7Z file to WinRAR and there was .EXE of the game inside that worked perfectly, hope that helps.

Hey, i just finished playing 0.79 and its wonderful, and also i learned a trick, after zombies and other entities are damaged by stick they get pushed and have whole Animation of Taking damage and this makes just attacking them once and running past them possible, and im saying that because its making speedruns possible. But besides keep going its great game.
