For the rest of them though i think you'd be better off looking for a font! You could find a chunky one that has all those symbols and slap a black outline on it :)

• base (skin colour)
• Hair front
• Hair back
• Eyebrows
• Eyes
• Nose
• Mouth
• Facial hair
• Facial features (e.g. freckles)
• Body
• Shirt
• Accessory

I definitely havent got all of those right - not at my PC atm - but that should give you a general idea!
