it took me a good while to understand how it works, but when i did, it blew my mind. i think dying in one hit and having to go from the beggining is a turnoff, specially since the learning curve is a bit difficult. other than that, it can be argued that the game doesn't explain itself very well but being surprised by how it works was a really cool moment
yeah, my game is a bit different, it's more of a rhythm game based on that same mechanic (also inspired by Rez and Rhythm Heaven) so i'll do it, jst really nuts that this was also made in pico 8 before!!
this is INSANE. i have literally been making a rhythm game inspired by this boss (+ rez) for 2 days, the fact that this exists is crazy. ig there really arent original ideas, huh
interesting and has a lot of potential, great art and cool mechanics, but honestly there's not much when it comes to the erotic stuff. after the first time (which shocked me), the spanking just becomes funny, almost like a catchphrase that's expected. i hope you can make that more interesting but hey, good job thus far!!
