We rated this as a team and forgot to leave a comment so I'll do my best with feedback. 

The art style was really nice looking and the characters were well thought out. The dialogue was good and each character had a distinct personality even though they were 'anonymous'.  I do wish it could be sped up /skipped because we had to restart a couple of times due to confusion (see below)

It wasn't entirely clear what we should be doing. After the dialogue we 'thought of our next line' but after clicking the line, nothing seemed to happen and clicking 'e' seemed to do nothing more. On the second try after restarting we were able to think on lines multiple times but  did this during the dialogue and Im not sure if that caused a glitch or something but after a few lines 'e' didn't prompt anything else and nothing was happening on stage.

I loved the fact you could go on a podium and the light would come on it was a nice touch and worked well and the animation was smooth. Music was really nice and UI was clear and crisp.

The character was able to go off stage into the 'background' we were not sure if this was intentional or not but thought it best to point out in case it needed fixing.

I understand this could be our own ignorance and we could have missed something (very likely lol) but we appreciated that the game fit the theme really well and incorporated bonus themes too! 

I'm sorry we couldn't progress further and will give it another go if it was just us being dumb and will update the feedback and give another rating. Thanks for uploading and I hope this feedback is useful to you :)

 I'm so sorry you had crashes and we will definitely look into that so thank you for letting us know. Like you said we were very rushed for time and with it being this time of year we overestimated how much we could complete in the time with some other issues along the way lol. 

Options menu was not really worked on because of the reason you said so that is something that will get worked on for sure and everything else you said is something that will get fixed/worked on.

Liked the art and storytelling and fitted the theme 

bit of polishing needed but not a bad concept for a game and fits the theme

Aw thanks for taking the time to explain things! I really liked the game so I'll def give it another go with your tips in mind. As far as needing a playtest honestly I put it down to myself truly cause it looks like other commentators didnt have any issue lol. You did great with it and me finding it difficult didn't effect my scoring of the game in any way 

Really liked the concept and incorporated the theme very uniquely. I must be really bad though cause I was stuck in the beginning lmao I just couldn't find an imperfect card after the highlighted one. the layouts of the same value of two different suits were in different layouts. Not sure if this was on purpose so I didn't mark it down on anything but it made it hard to find imperfections cause they all looked imperfect to me but they wouldnt go on joker pile. I dunno this game made me feel thick but I still enjoyed it!

Good intro and I like games in this art style it's so nostalgic for me. I liked how you put in the time to make different types of levels and it was quite fun :D
