Is there a key binding for full screen in this game?

I was messing with the keybindings, and I accidentally removed the confirm and cancel keys with something else, basically softlocking myself from using them. if I left click, it takes me out of settings and back into the game. what can I do to reset my keybindings? 

but the rhythm game is hella fun

cooking throws me off since the satiation is way too high, so the only real benefit is just the cum increase
