Hi! 🫡

I've been creating games for the last 3 years (1 of them is commercial experience in GameDev 🎮). To be more specific, I have experience in the Unity and Unreal Engine, writing code in C++, C#, Python and JS, according to the situation.

2 years ago I already participated in this game jam: https://rezolit.itch.io/frost-and-scream

Well enough about me) In the upcoming game jam, I want to cooperate with someone. For you, as for me, game jam is a great opportunity to expand your portfolio and gain teamwork experience.
Creative professionals are especially welcome) 🖌️🎨🎵

No strict obligations (after all, except game jam I need to work & study  :D)

✉️ You can write to me in Discord (Русский/English):    .rezolit

P.S. better write here that you sent me an invite, or write your contacts

Thanks! Yes, it's hand drawn. Agree, there are some issues with controls, because the game running with webgl,  not a separate window

Thank you! Yes, the game is hardcore sometimes, but passable

I liked how the jam theme was implemented! Moderately complex gameplay, nice music and visuals

Thanks! Glad you liked it :)

Thank you for your feedback.

Initially, the game had an energy bar, but I removed it to improve the atmosphere.

I can't say anything about that you were eaten in the fire. Maybe you were not close enough?

In any case, I'm glad that you honestly estimated the game.

I didn't understand the meaning of the game. Zombies that you can just run around. Camera distortion is unnecessary. Hints disappear so quickly that you don't even have time to read them.

It's a good story. I enjoyed it.

I played by changing the game directory. I really liked the dialogues, although there were almost no scary moments. Overall, the chatting mechanics on the phone are cool.

Good job.

It's OK. I think the system is missing something.

Thanks! Glad you liked it.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to play because of some dll file error:

LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 70]
Failed to load assembly 'mscorlib.dll' searched in the following folders:

During the jam, I learned a lot of nuances on optimizing my game, since I was making a game with realistic graphics and at the beginning of development the FPS was 3 times less than at the end.

I was a little upset that the project was not compiled due to the plugin update, but after 4 hours I set everything up. Now I will be more careful with updates (although I still work on early access Unreal Engine 5 =)).

I'm not a fan of pixelated graphics, but it looks really atmospheric. Monsters also looks nice.

The game has high-quality soundtrack.

The piece of the puzzle is simple, but it was still interesting.

The subway ride process is made very believable.

I did not understand the essence of what is happening , but I liked it.

I liked the visual style and sound. Questions remain regarding enemies. It is not entirely clear how to overcome them correctly. I just walked right through.

A fun game.

It is not entirely clear at what moments you need to use a flashlight and the battery runs out very quickly.

Thanks for playing.  I don’t know why the lighting asks for baking, because I made it completely dynamic.  In any case, in this game I wanted to focus on realism, so there was no time for unique mechanics. But I hope that the game is scary as a horror))

Thank you, glad you liked it! Yes, after turning on the 3rd e-box, the difficulty increases.

I would like more space for maneuvers on the map.

It was funny.

I think there are not enough sounds/music to create a scary atmosphere.

And it would be nice to do something with the size of the archive. It seems to me that it is unreasonably large. The unevenly applied wall textures are noticeable. Apparently, meshes have problems with UV unwrap.

Yes, it is him

I played it. That was great!

I got all the endings except the best, because I didn't understand how to achieve it. I liked the visual, but sometimes it catches my eye that the environment is pixelated 3d.

It would be nice to be able to save more often, or quickly skip scenes and dialogues.

The game strongly resembles Darkwood. I don't know how many premade assets there are, but it looks really cool.

I didn't pass the game because I didn't understand what to do after the monster with claws. In addition, he got stuck in the object and began to twitch violently.

I liked the opening scene and the car, similar to the UAZ. I'm not sure I understood the plot, but it was like a showdown in the village.

And now what should be corrected:

  • Problem with low FPS and slightly jerky control (or it seemed to me because of fps). If it is a unity, you can adjust the culling distance and shading.
  • I also advise you not to turn off the game on Esc, because I wanted to try to open the menu in the middle of the game and it closed.

Thank you for your feedback.

Textures and some models were taken in Quixel.

I tried to make the UI as simple as possible so as not to distract the player. If you are talking about the design of menus, then I will try to improve this.

Thank you for your feedback!

Yes, for some reason there was an error with the save, so when you start the game, you should click "New game" in the menu
