Cute game, but somehow I was expecting a jumpscare, lol

Cute game tho

It took me a bit to catch up with the gameplay, but the animations and visuals are good, and I can really feel the theme through them

Thank you so much. I've been really busy with my day job lately. I'm a bit disappointed that I didn't make my game more accessible or help players understand the gameplay more easily. I'll try your game and take your suggestions into account. Thank you again, and I hope you achieve great things with your game or future jams too.

Love the idea that the dino temporarily can't eat after taking damage instead of relying on the classic health bar approach. It's simple, but I can really feel the theme through the gameplay. Also, the dino is cute. I'd love it even more if it got fatter or changed shape after eating too much lol. Good game tho.

Very polished game, I enjoyed all the features it has, the gameplay, the audio, the artwork. I love that even the default Godot loading screen was replaced, which shows that you really care about making a polished, complete product. The background music and SFX are good choices too.

What a great game. Hope you make a full version someday. I really enjoy roguelike games.

Congrats on your first jam. There's still a lot to learn, but completing a game is a good start.

I love the idea of the "graves" becoming part of the solution. One small thing I really love is that whenever I die, the animation and transition into the countdown are the cherry on top. The artwork also reminds me of old-school puzzle games, and the audio is a really good choice too. However, I died so many times because the controls aren't very intuitive, though maybe that's intentional design.

Good game!

Thank you so much, this is my first game jam, or more like my first hackathon ever, your comment really means a lot to me, it’s genuinely very encouraging. I will try your game when i'm home
