Bumping this post since there's been progress and I have a working intro demo uploaded.

Still getting the hang of twine and looking to add one project onto my own project. My page shows the different software and things I do. I'm recently disabled, I'm queer/poc/trans and I would love to work on cool projects while I learn more ways to code. I also write and love worldbuilding, romance storylines included so if you would like a soundboard and general helper I'd love to lend a hand.
My discord is on my profile if this sounds like it could be a good fit!
Below the description of the ask I will leave a link to the sample demo so far.
Working on a project and I have the first act of the game mostly written out, just need help from someone with more experience to code in a short character/pronouns builder as well as more appealing UI elements, saves, autosaves, inventory, minimal stats, currency, etc. These are things I'm currently learning how to do so if anyone would prefer mentoring and helping me learn instead I am up for that as well.
As far as other writers, I already have a full plot lined out and much of the variables, items, interactions still unaccounted for so it's a great opportunity to really dive into this fictional world. I plan to implement several side characters with undecided personalities and loose backgrounds (possible romance options). I also need people to help me read through and check the continuity of the story and its passages.
This is unpaid and a passion project I want to release before the end of the year with 60% of the main story completed. As it's my first release I want to keep it completely free and possibly work towards paid spinoffs/one shots to later expand on that fictional universe and its characters.
I understand not a lot of people work in Twine, but I thought it would be the better option to work in since this is a narrative and lore heavy story. I am recently disabled and do not have the funds to pay people, so that is why I stress that working on this is voluntary.
Please leave a small description of how you feel you can contribute as well as your discord so I can message you more about the project.

This is an incomplete demo. Just writing and passages. I plan to implement a lot more as far as function and overhauling the UI, but that in itself will take some time/experimentation.
Of course! This is for a passion project that is in it's early stages. I'd like to get some concept art for the main city the game is set in and go from there if it resonates with you. I have all of my worldbuilding notes on a doc, but I'm thinking of a lush and extravagant religious capitol/city surrounded by barren/radiation wastes kinda vibes if that makes sense. I started getting other people on this project yesterday so it's still new and there isn't a set style or design just yet.
Hey!
I've been wanting to make an interactive text/CYOA game for awhile now, but I've been struggling to split my time effectively as I'm learning all the coding from scratch. I'm a hobbyist so there's no set deadline, but I'd like to work on at least one of the ideas until it's a fully formed game. Currently, needing help with:
1.) Picking a story idea to focus on. (I have several to choose from so it'd be whichever grabs your attention the most.)
2.) Actually writing the full scenes, fleshing out characters, etc. (As it's a CYOA style game I'd like to have some help with branching path/choice narratives, but it's not a requirement. I can always build off of the main plotline by myself.)
I'd love to have you help with the writing. If you're unsure, I'd still like to connect and maybe get an opinion on some of the general plot ideas.
Edit: to clarify I'm currently writing out scenes and plots as fast as I can, it'd also just be nice to have feedback/opinions on the quality of the story itself as well as the spelling/grammar/etc.
Hey,
Fellow writer and beginner dev here! I've got most of the worldbuilding taken care of for an idea I've been working on. The problem is that I'm running into a wall when it comes to fleshing out the actual characters. I need help figuring out what kind of pacing and interactions I want them to have with the player as well as general scripting of the scenes/interactions. If you'd like to work together on a project/if this interests you at all please feel free to reach out!
