awesome

Thank you! :)

Best sound effects ever 💪

Cool spin on the idea "ignite" idea.

Would like to see this get expanded on aswell!

I've fixed the issue with the ending sprites being wrong (Red guy was supposed blue guy and the other way around). I've also added more checkpoints now. But I don't know why you got softlocked (normally there should be an ending screen), I'm gonna test the game some more later to find out the issue.

Thanks for the feedback!

Actually pretty great idea for a puzzle game. Would like to see this get expanded on.

Can't really play this game with two monitors, because the mouse goes to the second screen, cause it doesn't seem to be locked to the game, so I can't really rate the game, but I'm gonna say that I really the visuals.

After reloading the website, the mouse locked, so I guess Itch.io just sucks with web versions of games. (Itch.io is also pretty broken on firefox)

Really cool visuals, grapple hook is fun, music is nice. I would have liked checkpoints and the climbing controls were kinda wonky.

Yup, I exploded!

Amazing visuals and atmosphere, seriously great! I tried making a similar Windows PC exploration style game on my last game jam, I completely failed and couldn't do it lol, so I respect this!  I don't really think this applies to the theme though and sometimes it was hard to find out which word to pick, but still great job

The game has a pixel art look but the sprites are pretty blurred and seem to have a filter on. Gameplay is pretty simple, but kind of a cool idea. If this would be expanded with items, keyboard controls and maybe an upgrade system, this would actually be pretty replayable.

I agree with the thing Tulenty said, but this is a pretty interesting and creative idea and the usage of randomly generated maps is really cool. The visuals are also really great and I really like them. However I didn't really think the gameplay was all that fun.

Wow, these visuals are pretty great!  I really like the idea of having to survive after a plane crash, but I thought the game was a little bit too hard (cause I got lost in the map lots of times and was attacked by a lot of wolves). But overall I thought it was done pretty well!

I think the movement is a bit too floaty and imprecise, and sometimes I can't get onto some of the platforms because of it. You should also not be able to push the box out of the arena, because that happened to me one time.

The idea of playing as a bomb as actually pretty good though!

Pretty good ideas, I like the music and the visuals a lot. Sadly this wasn't finished though, but if it made you happy with the things you learned, than that's all that really matters.

Cool idea, and pretty fun actually. I would've loved the visuals to have some nice animations and some nice audio work would've also been better. But actually pretty good game and idea!

This is pretty much like a cowboy gun duel game with robots.

I don't really get what this one has to do with theme. I guess the enemies circuits are burning, but it has nothing to do with Ignite or Igniting. I think the fights at the end were too hard, so I couldn't finish the game. I do like the visuals though, I think they look pretty good.  Don't know if you made the music, but I really like it too.

Are these RPG Maker sprites? The games got a cool idea, I thought it was too easy though.

I think the idea is good, but there is not a lot of variety and the is very short.

Cool idea, sadly pretty short. You get my full respect for making a 3D game though! (I SUCK at making 3D games.)

Lol, yeah Godot is kinda broken, when it comes to web games. If you have any issues with the game, please tell me! The game might be a bit broken (GameJam games, am I right?).

I don't know how you got the idea to combine fire and golf of all things, but I think you did a pretty good job! (Even though I'm personally not the biggest fan of golf games..)

The explosive barrels were a cool idea, but one time I fell out of the map because of them lol.

You should probably put an Area2D around the map or something that checks if the player is out of bounds and then restart the level.

Great visuals and satisfying sound-design. I would've loved having items to also try to catch with the hammer ( like hearts for example ) . But overall it was a very creative idea and I really liked this one!

This is pretty fun and addicting! Good job.

Thank you!

Hello,

I submitted my game one or two days ago for the game jam, but for some reason my game showed an error and wasn't playable. Now I have removed the page from the jam and fixed the issue. If it is possible to put the game back to the submissions or if it's not allowed to do than it's okay but if it still can be added, here is the link to my game: https://retr0cat.itch.io/conignite

Thanks!

I'm 34th. I kinda expected to be higher than that but whatever. I congratulate you for being third place. Good Job!

The assets are free. This is allowed.

I don't have a problem with the audio. The music is quite nice and the SFX are good (but the sound that comes when you get hit hurts my ears)

Nice graphics. Nice gameplay. Nice audio. It's a good but simple game. It was very fun.

Found a bug!: Went through one of the doors and then got stuck in the wall.

I actually found this game to be pretty fun even though there was no music and the game looked like 10 different artstyles combined. I like the idea but it needs more polish. Also where is the snow outside??

Nice little fun game. I enjoyed playing it even if it was rough at some times. Like the music not correctly looping or getting stuck in a wall for a second. But I liked shooting at people with gifts and going through buildings.

Btw: I immediately saw that you used this asset pack https://vimlark.itch.io/town-asset-pack-16x16

Here is my high score:

Tbh I expected more from this game. It felt like the development was mostly the graphics and not really the gameplay. There were several bugs like the credits not showing or going out of the map. You can break stones but what for? The camera just wasn't in the middle most of the time which was very annoying. There is a whole inventory on the right side but it isn't used for anything. And the gift boss at the end feel like it was just shoehorned in. What does this even have to do with christmas? Graphics are 5 stars but the rest not so much.

Well I only survived 8 Days but it was still a very fun game. I liked the building mechanics and the enemies. The lightning and the animations (the weapons, not the hedgehog) were quite nice. I like the ambience and vibe that the game has but I would have loved a ambient/atmospheric song in the background to make it less boring. The present mechanic was also kinda meh. I got 2 weapons, some enemies and the rest coal. But overall this game is quite nice.

(Also if a video about this game will come out, I would totally watch it)

Thank you! That is exactly what I wanted to achieve.

Couldn't finish the game but I enjoyed it. I like how you implemented the special feature with buying gifts. I also have big respect for 3d games. However  here are some things I would improve:

 - Making the gifts stand out more

- A music track that loops better

- Make the game look more like it is taking place on Christmas (with maybe some Christmas decoration)

- More than one woman model

But overall I think the game is quite enjoyable! Good job!

Btw: I like that the chocolate makes you faster. Feel the Rush
