To get the letter, you need something from the bathroom. To get THIS, you need an object from the bed neighbor. This is a little tricky, I know, cause it's kinda small and I will do something in the future to make it a little more obvious. 

You can hit the Space - Key to let you show all the objects in a room,I think this will help.
