As for the introduction and/or cast, fortunately the characters are pretty consistent across the entire story. So eventually, during the stories of the second and third protagonists, you'll still see familiar faces. There will still be new characters of course, but you won't have to start over and get to know an entirely different cast, so high likely they'd be one-offs or side characters for plot reasons.
If you mean a first person POV in lewd scenes, not at the moment, no. Honestly, I haven't considered it since there's no need to obscure the MC's appearance, so more often, scenes are shot in third person view. I know there are games that don't show MC's faces, that's why they're first person.
Thank you for bringing this up though, I might have to look into the possibilities of this.
It's monogamous, so only one LI per MC. But the way the acts in the game are structured, it's fairly easy to play the other routes (you don't necessarily have to start from the beginning, just before the choice.)
But as of Episode 1, you don't need to worry about locking in. Just get to know the LIs for now.
No overlap/sharing between MCs. Each MC gets their own set of LIs, exclusive to them only. I apologize for the choice of word there, I'm set to update the description to make things more explicit with the release of Episode 2.

I can't really spoil what's on future episodes, but Episode 2 definitely would be longer than Episode 1. Nicole, for sure, is a popular pick this early into the game.
