Fight through hostile processes, collect what they leave behind, rewrite your chassis, jack into signal towers, and descend deeper into the system. The game currently features fast run-based combat, modular chassis upgrades, multiple weapons and cores, signal towers, procedural progression, and an environment that changes as your trace escalates.
This is an early playable build and actively in development. This is also the first time I’ve released one of my games publicly, so I’m especially interested in hearing how the game feels to someone encountering it completely fresh. REFUSAL is free and playable directly in the browser

If you give it a run, I’d genuinely love to hear what worked, what didn’t, and how far into the Mainframe you made it.
Survive. Self-modify. Go deeper.
