I think I just got a little confused because the harder versions of the jobs were still similar (but obviously that's the point if they're meant to be harder versions) so I didn't notice. Entirely a me problem!

This is a perfect example of 'less is more' - not a heap to it, but super enjoyable, creative use of the theme, banger soundtrack and visuals and super fun, especially as you discover more and more extra details like the road blocks and near misses. I found myself strategising quite a bit about how exactly to get the very best score. Really nice game, and maybe the most polished I've seen on this jam thus far!
Really well polished! The gameplay loop worked really well and I think it's genuinely incredible just how much work you've done in a week, from the art which is incredibly well fleshed out and designed to all the mechanics. It reminds me of live card games like exploding unicorns, and could be adapted as such if you wanted to. The main bits of feedback I have are 1) I wish I could have skipped a lot more and taken less time, especially when I'd built my deck and was waiting for the round to finish, and 2) The bosses did more to combat you. It felt a little awkward and passive with the only challenge being a timer - some sort of a turn based battle system could have done quite nicely, with the timer as well. But seriously, really great job!
Oh my god this game is insane. It's a crime more people haven't rated/commented. This feels like an official game made in much, much more time. I adore the music - the change when I got to my first boss struck me and really pushed me to continue. The visuals are incredible and really atmospheric, the gameplay loop is solid - I would just say to a) allow HTML if you can, so that more people are inclined to see this master piece and b) Have a more interactive tutorial so it's easier to understand everything - it kind of feels a little hard to register everything being thrown at you at once
