Hi! As the title mentions, I have a payout that has been stuck in review for 64 days and a second payout that has also been in review for 14 days. I tried to reach support (request 261565), but they never responded. Trying to figure out why, I realized my Tax information was no longer valid for whatever reason (it had been valid for a couple of years), and as the message in my settings suggested, I had retaken the tax interview a few days ago. Still, I got no confirmation of it being processed, so im not sure if it is being processed or how this is also connected to the payouts being frozen.
If anybody has any idea why this might be happening, please let me know. I will appreciate it a lot, and thanks in advance.
