Bug:
events.gd contains a typo on line 1815 that makes it impossible for you to claim Chloe for your mansion, meaning you can only turn her over to the Brothel.

var chloe = globals.characters.create("CHloe")
Should be:
var chloe = globals.characters.create("Chloe")
