Hi everyone!
I've been working on a little creative tool called Chibibits, and thought folks here might find it interesting!
Bitsy's approach to making small, personal worlds has been a major inspiration. Chibibits explores a similar idea through a different visual language: 2:1 isometric pixel art, animated characters, and a tiny 256×256 canvas.
I recently released its first working version, along with a short interactive story called A Little Light, featuring a little cat-eared girl named Kokoro.
It's free to use, and a few other artists have already started making their own little worlds with it, which has been lovely to see.
I'd be happy if anyone here felt like giving it a try. And thank you to Adam and the Bitsy community for helping inspire this kind of small-scale creative toolmaking! 💙
