No, it is just a simulator so directly running exe isn't possible. Though a feature is planned in which you can create shortcuts of your host Windows OS apps and launch them within Reborn XP (only for Desktop Version)

Hey everyone! I’ve been working on something fun (and a little nostalgic) and just released it on itch.io: Reborn XP.

It’s basically a full Windows XP desktop that runs straight in your browser. You get the Start Menu, themes, sounds. But it’s not just a “look at it and leave” kind of project. It’s fully interactive, complete Web OS.

Here’s some of the cool stuff inside:

• All the original apps: Paint, Notepad, Minesweeper, Windows Media Player, etc.

• All the original themes (Royale, Zune, Luna, Watercolor + Classic themes set),  customizable sound schemes, screensavers, wallpaper etc.

• An App Market to install extras like Boot Skin changer, Flash Player, Quake 3… and yes, even Bonzi Buddy makes a comeback.

• Persistent file system, so you can save files, upload your own music/videos, and open them inside XP.

• A few “hidden gems” in the Extras folder (wallpapers, pranks, even fake viruses).

And if you want to take it further, there’s also an offline desktop edition, it has no browser limits, plus you can actually open sites like YouTube, Discord, Spotify etc. inside good old Internet Explorer.
