It looks like your system is missing the OpenMP runtime library.

You can install it by running the following commands:

sudo apt update 
sudo apt install libomp-dev

Let me know if you run into any other issues.

You should be able to export if you select valid path, the tooltip is just wrong.

If you are using Windows Explorer to extract, try using 7-Zip. The difference between this file and other files is that this one originally used LZMA compression, but now I have replaced it with an archive compressed using Deflate, so it should work.

I added your suggestions to roadmap, they are planned for 1.4.
Tiling preview will be available in 1.3.

Just added tiling preview, let me know if you have any specific tools in mind.

I was focusing on texture extraction and filters to make them look PSX style, so there are no tools for seamless textures currently, but I will add a tiling preview and some basic tools in the next update.
