In the main page it says "No splash opening movies, even evented scenes to make it like an opening movie"

I just want to make sure that evented cutscnes after the title screen are allowed? For exemple if you press "start game" and it takes the player to an evented cutscene immediately after the screen fades back in

I was wondering if it was allowed to use scripts for the two following cases:

1. Changing the location of the "Start game, continue, quit" menu on the title screen 

2. Adding a small box to show the name of a character who is speaking when dialogue is written out (not using outside scripts, I can code it myself)

Will it be possible to use RTP from multiple RPG Maker softwares at once? Say for exemple I want to use a song from VX Ace in MV, or sound effects? Personally not planning on using graphics from other RPG Maker version, but it's still something I am curious about

To continue on a theme similar to my other question: will it be possible to use RTP assets where they're not normally? For exemple moving an SE to an ME. Or using, for exemple, a character portrait as a picture, or as a tile? 

That post's life-saving. I always thought MV just scammed me out of additional themes all this time. 

Additional question but are the graphics in "Base Ressources" also allowed?

Joined itch recently and I've been trying to post in the community section for a game jam. My posts aren't showing up at all, and other more recent posts are showing up. Same goes for a comment I left under a game. I was wondering if that's normal. I'm more worried about the game jam because it's about information I'd like to have for my project.
