Thanks for reaching out! I've added you on discord and we can chat more there! DC: Ratewenniio

Hello gamers!

My name is Ratewenniio (Nio for short) and I am a professional film and TV composer based in LA. Glamourous, I know. I studied music in conservatory and have written scores for award winning documentaries, short films, and trailers.

I've also been playing video games my entire life and currently work professionally as a Gameplay Capture Artist (making game trailers). I have been rediscovering a love for the creation of games and I would love the chance to collaborate with a team/developer on the music/sound design for your game!

My website is linked below, which has my portfolio and plenty of info about me. My sound is super inspired by the greats of western classical music. Hanz Zimmer, John Williams, and John Powell. As for game composers, you'll notice I have a particular love for the Souls-Like sound. Yuka Kitamura ("Dark Souls 1-3" and "Elden Ring"), Mikko Tarmia (All of the "Amnesia" titles), Inon Zur ("Starfield") and many others. For genres, I've yet to work on a game, but I primarily focus on Thrillers and Horror. Whether it's creating a unique and terrifying atmosphere, or a soundtrack for when you're fighting God, I am your guy!

I've linked my favourite project to date separately. I made the entire trailer myself as well as the score, so if you need that kind of work, I am also your guy.

I am just looking to make art. My favourite part about this industry is collaborating and meeting other like-minded people. I am willing to work for free or for whatever any sort of budget you have allows (even if you just buy me a coffee while I work on your project). I want to expand my network and learn about the challenges that come with scoring for a game in particular.

I look forward to working with you on your project. Please reach out with any questions you may have! Either here, or through my website's contact page. Thank you for your interest, and if you've made it this far, hi!
