Hey everyone! I’m Esah, a certified PMP® Project Manager with a background in delivering complex, cross-functional projects in real estate, construction, marketing,  and tech. I’m now looking to bring that same energy, structure, and creativity to the video game industry.

• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: I’ve led large teams across time zones—including international freelancers—for multimillion-dollar projects. Whether it’s artists, devs, vendors, or marketers, I know how to keep everyone aligned and on schedule.

• Creative Project Experience: Managed branding campaigns, UX-focused app builds, marketing collateral (brochures, videos, web), and even orchestrated a full-scale product catalog with web integration. Basically, I love supporting creatives so they can just create.

•  Organization: I can build and run workflows, Gantt charts, sprint plans, asset tracking systems—whatever keeps the team on track and sane.

• Communication is My Superpower: Whether it’s client updates, stakeholder negotiations, or getting async teams aligned, I get it done clearly and kindly.

I’ve always been a gamer at heart—and after years of managing large-scale projects in other industries, I want to bring my skills to something I truly love. I believe games are one of the most powerful storytelling tools of our time, and I’m excited to contribute behind the scenes to make great ones happen.
