This reminds me of a little Android game "Seedship" except grander. The story is really great and I love the randomness of the game.
Just one gripe - I seem to be visiting the same planets and scenarios over and over again on each play through. I am staying on the same difficulty level though - is it meant to follow the same storyline (at least for the first 10 jumps?)
This game is brilliant for a flight action shoot em up. Reminds me of those old arcade 'flight sims'.
The variety of aircraft and weapons is interesting, so is progressing from modern to near-future ordnance.
One suggestion would be to please make larger maps, longer ranges, and having the option to start from land or sea bases. The starting carrier is a little wimpy and its an immersion breaker as the enemy doesn't attack it.
An 'airbase defence' game mode with many AI friendly and enemy fighters duking it out would be great, to give the feel of a larger air war.
