I wasn't sure at first but it grew on me, especially after I got some missiles and upgrades. I got sort of lost a few times but eventually found a room with a key, but died to the tougher enemies before I could pick it up. And then it spawned me out of bounds. It sort of reminds me of Kirby's Dream Course on crack.  Bouncing around at lightning speed is great fun.

It's fun, died the first time on wave 6 but then I came back with a healing blood sword/wand setup and swept up

I like that you can tweak the modules during the waves, it had me twisting dials and moving knobs frantically

All in all very cool great potential

Chester is a man of few words, there are probably some refinements I need to do with his dialog, since some of them are blank, and some of them have punctuation marks, so I can see how you would think that. You're not the first to mention it!

It's a little awkward due to the nature of jamming a point and click into a GBC game, but I tried to give some QoL options to make it less painful!

There is an option for faster movement if you press the select button (shift on keyboard controls), and then press up or down. That will highlight the arrow icons and from there you can press left or right to highlight a movement arrow and select it. (Select can also be used to quickly highlight actions as well, so you don't have to move the cursor down all the time. The cursor remains where you left it as you select an action this way, saving a lot of time.) The "instructions" on the page may be a little too vague, as I don't really point this out!

And for the lighter... it can be easy to miss! That is a common confusion point that I'll be looking into.
