I’m reaching out because my project, Dream Journey, still has not been properly indexed/published on the platform, and this is starting to worry me quite a lot.

It has already been 8 days since the launch, and this situation is directly affecting the progress of the project, especially because we depend on the page’s visibility to start reaching an audience, followers, and potential supporters.

I would also like to clarify that the game is 100% original, with no AI involved in its content. In addition, the links shared on the page are only standard community/support links, such as Patreon and Discord.

Another point that has made me even more concerned is that the support emails sent to itch.io have not been answered, and at the same time, I have seen reports from other people facing similar situations, sometimes waiting 20 to 30 days without being able to publish their games. That honestly worries me, because it can seriously affect a project that is only just beginning.

I would like to know whether there is anything I can do on my side to help move this process forward or get the game released faster, or if there is any specific issue with the page that needs to be adjusted.

I would also like to say that I am counting on the help of dear No time to play, who always replies to messages and shows real attention to the community. That is why I decided to reach out in a more direct and transparent way.

I would be very grateful for any update regarding the page status and for any guidance you may be able to provide.

Oops, I’m sorry about that. I’ll keep waiting, and thank you for getting back to me.  I had actually switched my page back to draft and republished it just to make sure it wasn’t a bug, so it had only been about an hour from that point when you replied. But the game itself is recent.
