True, will fix it after the ratings (can't update it rn).

Thanks for letting me know :)

Very cute game, and was also pretty hard (spent eons on level 3, reminds me of SM Galaxy Wii's clones), looks very polished too,
Good job guys (and gals)!

Very good concept and execution although it's pretty short (but well, understandable (had actually tried to make a daw in godot) and considering you have to set up the ui in 4 days, it's pretty good! )

Oops, i meant the upgrade screen, not the endscreen (btw all the best to you too :))

Hey,  it's a pretty fun game! (like a bloody groundhog day for the insects..)

The level structure reminds me of 'That Level Again' from long back for some reason, even though it's not that similar (maybe due to the theme?)

Since you seem to be maintaining a buglist so here's one more (sry for increasing it :))

- The menu and endscreen music do not loop (they seem to be loop friendly though)

Thanks mate! About the rotation, was initially planning to reset the position but thought it would be a good choice (had plans of saving time and a level select screen, but time/scope...)  due to being able to enter the finish lines in your desired angle to finish a level faster. Glad you like the sounds effects :) (somehow the kenney-interface-sounds came in clutch, all of them were from the pack)

Very calming and polished game (very unique too, cant think of a similar game except for the last jam winner, but that's only for the game feel), Really good puzzler!

Very polished game and pretty good in terms of visuals too! I did fall for the first jumpscare since i didn't read anything prior to starting it, but as a fnaf like with a twist, It is fun (or hooky? if thats a word) to play. Good job!

Will surely try do that! (once i figure out how to stop my project hopping addiction) Thanks for playing :)

Nice idea, maybe starting out with being able to leave voids in the back and capturing other to shoot could make the 2 player game have some incentive, Thanks for the suggestion :)

Honestly, for your first game made in just 8 days, It's pretty good!

Glad you liked it, but damn, looking at all the comments I got till now, should have most probably made it a puzzle game of sorts..

And about the enemies stopping. That was intended as I had no idea how to use NavServer2D nodes and didn't want to break the game so they just find a point outside the map and are stuck trying to reach there :/

Love the concept! (played it for longer than i expected..)

If expanding, maybe you can make the shark have some invis frames during a dash or lunge (or diving under would suit the game) would make it so you somewhat do not have to take damage everytime you want to dash into a group of boats.

Did color the player sprite blue near the end of the jam but it appears the same as the result in the final result (maybe has something to do with the scene inheritance). Thanks for playing :)

Really good art and was very engaging, great job!

Looks like Mr [Redacted] hasn't looked at the moon yet (or has he?)

Was pretty hard ngl but has a good base for an rpg. Good job!

It is supposed to prompt you to press R to restart on death ( maybe it bugged out?). Probably should have made it a puzzle game but was just experimenting with the titling here..
Thanks for the feedback (and for playing)!

Had only focused on the game feel for the last 5 hours or so, glad it has an impact, and about the issue, fixed it now! Thanks for playing :)

Glad it was fun :) About the spring though, it currently does nothing (um... just there to have a reason for box to go flying, when pressing the button) All the upgrades just increase the force multiplier by 1, (the number shown in the round end panel) which just makes it go higher (didn't want to scope creep out so had made it as simple as possible to upgrade..)

I thought it would be a breeze until i got chased and smacked around by a few spike balls.. An enjoyable and well made game though :)

I had not actually thought of being able to restart until very late into the game, so it was lucky that i discovered some of them were path based and needed restarting. Thanks for the feedback though :)  (will definitely make it more puzzly if am expanding on it)

Used AI for refactoring and some math help (kinda took 2 hours tring to figure out how to make the mid part of the gradient to have the highest power, while the corners have the least.. Well should have just asked it earlier ig)

Nice cozy novel (Maybe he's a historian?)

Nice lighting and concept, overall it's pretty well made for a 2 day game :)

Just played your game (the latest one), and reached 10k before i, well uk.. glad to have inspired you though :)

Hey, it plays very well! (rb is me)

Thank you! (I didn't expect anyone to say the art is good 😅)

True, I will look into adding leaderboards in the future, Thanks for the suggestion!

Maybe (or maybe it's the browser, try other browsers like firefox and it might work)

Nice UI and music
