Hi there-

Part of a small group working on prototyping some game ideas in the tactics genre. We have development / art / business / production expertise but are hoping to get a bit more support on game systems design for our tactics game. We have specific things we're trying to incorporate to make it more fun and could use an extra thought partner to help figure out what those ideas might be, how it comes together into a good game design, and help think of things we should be prototyping as we build this out further.

We could do hourly payment based on your skill set (e.g., for 5-10 hrs / week maybe with potential go up/down) or on the lighter end we could just make it casual conversations - this is flexible.
