Hi — I just released a small Tools project on itch for offline RFQ / catalogue line-item matching.
RFQ → Catalogue Matcher is for suppliers and trade counters who match plain-text RFQ lines to a JSON catalogue by hand.
It outputs:
- MATCHED — one acceptable catalogue hit
- AMBIGUOUS — two or more plausible SKUs (human chooses; never auto-picked)
- UNMATCHED — no acceptable candidate (never invents a match)
Ambiguous / unmatched lines always need human review. Python 3.10+ (stdlib only). Not OCR, not PDF extraction, not ML, not an ERP plug-in.
£7 GBP

RPG Maker MV/MZ projects often run fine in the editor on Windows and then break after deployment, because the JSON still points at Actor1.png while the file on disk is actor1.png. Case-insensitive disks hide the bug; case-sensitive hosts (Linux, macOS setups, web builds) do not.
