My score was 440.
The game is well-polished with no bugs. The sound design is great, and everything was easy to understand. It fits the theme and meets the requirements. I had fun playing it. Overall, a solid and well-made game.

I somehow bugged the character twice. He died, but the level didn’t reset. I’m not sure how it happened. But overall game is good!

cool game

Got trauma from Castlevania 1, and this reminded me of that — great game, just me being bad at jumping. XD

Not really my type of game, but it’s okay. There’s definitely room for improvement: when I zoom in and click on a shop, the shop UI is way too big. Maybe try adjusting the UI size and scaling the buildings accordingly? Also, a 2x speed option would be nice — I have the patience, but some players probably don’t.

great game

cool puzzle game

Note: Be careful with click-heavy games, as excessive clicking can make it frustrating for players. I ended up using an autoclicker for this, haha!

It’s a good start! I’d recommend using the TextDisplay from Miniscript. Good luck with the improvements!

You can add it after the game jam. I was just suggesting ideas that could make it better.

Got a score of 36 — nice! Cool idea to type and use "hug" as a last resort.
I noticed I can press Enter multiple times, though. Not sure if I’m supposed to be able to do that.

BROOOO, WHY YOU TESTING MY MATH? Nah, just kidding — nice game!
It would be great if you could choose the difficulty, though. That way, it could even be fun for kids to play, especially those who need to practice math.

I really don’t understand how this game works. I guess it could use a better tutorial, or maybe the game just isn’t complete yet.

The game is cool, though it was a bit laggy on the web. But since you mentioned it would be like that, it’s not a big problem.
One issue I had was with the tutorial — you gave a large chunk of text, which is generally not recommended in games. It might be better to add instructions within the game itself, like “find the keys in the barrel” and then later on, “free the zombies in the cage hidden somewhere.”
Also, the robot was kind of annoying. Once it hits you, you either die instantly or get lucky and can run away. Maybe adding a small cooldown between hits would make it more fair.

Something feels off with the dash. The graphics are alright, but brother, this game is really hard! Can you add some HP or something?
Also, it’s great that everything is controlled by the keyboard, but it would be nice if you had to press the spacebar to start the game. That would make it feel more dynamic, and then you’d only need your keyboard. Right now, it feels like, "Well, I died, time to grab my mouse."

Interesting game, it reminded me of the COVID times.

I guess dating games aren’t really for me, but it’s a nice game.
Got a slipper thrown at me by my girlfriend for playing this... just kidding! 😄

10/10

Cool game, it really reminds me of classic arcade games!

Great game! It’s a bit simple and could be made harder, but that’s just a matter of tweaking some numbers.
Adding a health bar for the boss would also be a really cool improvement!

Out of all the games, I didn’t expect a brain racing game — that’s really creative, good job!

Cool game, I really like the concept!
The first thing I tried was seeing if I could go out of the map. After about 3 minutes, I gave up but ended up wandering alone in the emptiness.
Maybe next time you could add a border so naughty players like me don’t try stuff like that. 😄

The game is good! However, I didn’t like that enemies could shoot at my troops even before I placed them — sometimes I just selected an item and it already died in my hands without even placing it.
Besides that, the sound was good.

I also didn’t really see the “zombies are your friends” theme at first. I actually thought the zombies were attacking me, but after reading the descriptions, I realized I was the zombie.

I couldn’t properly play the game because of the viewport dimensions — some hitboxes were out of place. However, from what I could see, the game looked really nice!
Sadly, I won’t be able to vote on it properly because of this.

The game is alright, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The companion zombie just follows you around — it would be great if you could do something special with it. Maybe you could upgrade your companion or teach it skills, like healing you for a certain amount each level, fighting alongside you, boosting your damage, or even throwing it at enemies for fun! 😄

Another thing: enemies being able to move through walls isn’t ideal. I recommend looking into the NavigationAgent in Godot — it can help with proper pathfinding for enemies.

I also encountered a bug in the level with skeletons and goblins. I got stuck in a corner, and the enemies pushed me into the void, leaving me trapped there.

Keep improving and take this feedback with you for your next game jam. Good luck, game dev!

I liked the game overall, but adding sound effects would make it feel much more complete. At times, I almost stopped playing because it felt too silent and not challenging enough. However, with that small push to make it more challenging and the addition of sound effects, this could easily become a perfect game.

The game is great and simple, and everything was easy to understand. Sadly, I couldn’t replay it once I finished.

Besides that, adding some calm background music would make the experience even better.

Overall, the game is great. I didn’t encounter any bugs. I really liked the music and the dialogues. However, I did miss some environmental details. Sure, it’s a maze, but maybe adding some paintings or decorations could make it feel more lively. Another thing is that I wasn’t really sure what the goal of the game was after talking to two zombies. A short explanation about the story or the objective would make it clearer.

The controls were excellent — I had no issues with them at all.

Overall, a great game, but adding a bit more environmental detail would make it even better.

Suggestion: To make it even more interesting, if you have a bad dialogue with a zombie, they could become aggressive and start chasing you. If you make friends, they could give you an item or help you in some way.

It’s not the end of the world; next time will be better, brother.

The game is alright. I encountered some issues when walking into a wall with two input directions, like up and left, as I just glitch into the wall. The AI of the dogs could be improved — maybe let them walk around, and their pathfinding could be better as well. Besides that, it's a good, simple game.

Good game, it's simple, but that doesn't mean it's bad. It's clean, and I liked the sounds. One thing that could improve the game is adding a 2x speed option, as waiting can get a bit boring. It's kind of the perfect game for mobile, where you place some buildings and log in later to check your progress. Overall, great job!

Art is nice, controls are nice, sound is nice — I really like the interaction with the customers and the dialogues we have.

Maybe you could add some particle effects when you complete a product.
Also, a little talking sound when someone comes in and talks — just some "blbdjflakdfl" noise, nothing literal.
And if you really want to make it perfect, probably some extra sound effects too!

Just to give you something to think about: the layout could maybe be improved. It looks good, but I think there might be a better way. For example, you could keep the top and left parts on one screen, and move the right part to another screen. Then you could switch between a front view and a back view, where you could also create a different ambience by using sound. (This is just an idea, maybe it’s even worse, so take it with a grain of salt.)

Overall, just a really good game — it reminds me of the old days when I used to play games online in the browser.

The art looks great, the controls are smooth, everything feels really nice! It's just a bit of a shame there's no sound — that would really make it a complete game.

Keep up the good work!

The art is good, and the controls are easy to understand. Interaction with the items works fairly well.

However, when grabbing an item and placing it on the table, it sometimes spawns multiple copies of the same item. This happened to me with the onion, cheese, and lettuce. Occasionally, an item also glitches and repositions itself at the bottom of the bun.

I didn’t like how slow the recipe book is when switching pages, especially under time pressure. Also, there’s no sound in the game :(.

Overall, the game was alright but needs some polish.

Nice game with good graphics, it runs smoothly without any issues — no bugs at all. I'm not sure how the rating system works though. Is it an overall rating? Or is it based on what you deliver? Also, does it even go down to zero? I tried submitting nothing, but my rating didn’t change.

One thing I didn’t like was the readability. It was hard to tell which item was which.

On a positive note, the sound design is really nice. It’s calm and fits the atmosphere of the game well.

Good job!
