1. Hi there! What's your name? Want to introduce yourself?

Hey! My name is Candler, you can call me by that or my username. I just recently got into coding/game development, and am having a blast so far.

2. Did you participate in the last jam we held? If so, what do you plan on doing better this time? If not, what's your reason for joining?

This is my first ever game jam, I'm joining for the experience, learning opportunities, and to help my self increase the scope of creativity for myself.

3. What games are your favorites? Did any of them inspire you, or made you want to make your own?

My favorite types of games are the ones that give of their own charm. Whether it be a game that's half finished but you can see what the creator was going for, or a project that was abandoned years ago but is open to play at any time. My absolute favorite games I've played are: The Stanley Parable, The Beginner's Guide (Out of all the game's I've ever played, this has brought me back so many times. Absolutely enamoured), Excellent Game by BK-TN on gamejolt. There's a whole list of games that I love mostly for nostalgic purposes (Super mario 64, SSBM, Mario sunshine, turok 2, Doom, etc).

4. Do you have experience with game development? What did you do/with what engine?

I'm currently working on a project called Blocket Ship, developing it for both PC and Mobile, has really helped me get a better feel for game development. Making it in Unity. It's a 2D game but I have virtually zero experience with 3D

5. Tell us about something you're passionate about!

Language learning, I just reached my goal in spanish about a couple months ago, I just love learning several things in general. Coding is a new hobby turned passion aswell. Loving it.

6. What are your goals for this game jam?

Maybe learn some 3D game development and use the skills I've learned from my own personal projects in other ways.
