Was able to implement a temporary fix for the phone bug but it only works on new games, will keep investigating a better solution but hope this helps!

Does this happen when you try to call bo the first time, or later on?

Hm, on mac it saves to Library/Application Support/Queermo Games/Queer Quest All in a Gays Work/QQ_SaveFile

Not 100% sure the Windows equivalent, but I'd try searching for the file name QQ_SaveFile*

Does left-clicking on the phone work to call?
