hello, thanks for the very in depth feedback!

I asked for the page yesterday and my assumption that you could not work on it during locked period was wrong so i will definitely do it.

Fine tuning day / night display is not on point yet. Music carried hard on it i agree. Same for the key it, should have been highlighted to stand out more, all these elements will be part of an eventual rework!

thanks again for the comment!

except the menu thing which is a bit wonky, good incremental game on facing nightmares, with good production value too!

Sleep in general could have been integrated better i feel, and I hope it'll be expanded with more monsters and bosses. Also it appears the jump button doesn't work from a standstill, and i am sometimes unclear why i die as the display still shows health and time

Nice & Wholesome story driven game, I feel "shop" could be named something else to stick with theme and be more clear

neat game!

UI polish, art, & effects are very beautiful. I feel the enemy projectiles should differentiate better from the starry background, and most importantly i can't seem to be able to use the whole bottom half of the playing screen, which is a pain (and prob a skill issue).

It is already planned, there will be one for sure, the complete scope realized is another thing that is more uncertain but a more complete experience is indeed planned!

Very fun concept and game but it is maybe a bit dry at first! I enjoyed trying it and will get back to it for sure

very pleasing experience and complete too

hey!

Thanks for the amazing words!

A lot more was planned for mechanics and enemies that were cut. When we shifted towards the super simple version and i was hopeful i could build 2 screens after the tuto one, sadly time was too short and with stress i lost a bunch of the remaining hours breaking and repairing stuff, so only one sad screen remains.

the big lesson to me is to start building a bit earlier, and be more precise in interactions so implementation at the end goes better and smoother.

on the plus side, many in the team are motivated building the full envisionned project, and people who said they needed rest first did not say no either, so we are hopeful.

the worse part is that we have this but building was priorized. B3TA & Ysham at sound even did some voice acting that needed to but cut :(

Very cool game with great polish

Cool concept and demo (i would like more content) but the controls are quite awkward and stiff making basic movement feeling unsatisfying

Good job anyways

Very charming if minimal art style that made me click the mini instantly. The onboarding is a bit rough and as i could not use day/night shift in front of the computer at first, i was like "what i am supposed to do". Launched again, found it could be activated from the side and completed a little loop.

I could see it being developped in a project a bit bigger, as the theme is taken with a pretty orginal spin

very nice game, try it!

Hello there, thanks a lot for the words, they mean a lot.

This is indeed a probable bug, the final build was a bit rushed from what we made during the week and was finished without much playtest, sadly. I'll note the caveat for future build, as many people in the team seems interested by developping the full scope. It would be a lot of work, and, sadly, if our main devs are too tired or busy, probably a trek. But a lot of assets were made that we could not put in the final build, as the consistency would have been ruined

hello Luca, thanks a lot! We started a control Menu but it is prob not very up to date. You can also find someone teaching the main button really early. Anyways, I'll list the controls here just in case other people need them:

arrows are walking, you can double tap to run.
up arrow is used for door
e is used on switches

It was a first submission, we'll hopefully do better next time!
