Thanks, appreciate the feedback! Is the pacing the problem or the game concept in general? I can fix the pacing, but there is no fix to a boring game if the ticker text and upgrade text/visuals aren't entertaining.

Fair point. The story mode keeps it gentle on purpose since it is more about the narrative than the challenge. The difficulty does pick up across the bands but it stays accessible. If you finish a playthrough, expert mode is where it gets real. No percentage bar, no safety net. You have to match the pattern by feel. Would genuinely love to hear if that scratches the itch.
