What a cool idea! I wish there were more games where you can bring in your own things to play with (like rythm games that allow for custom mp3s). Hats off to you.

When I came out of it now I thought: I really wanna express appreciation. This is what I sift through itch.io for. It gives me some hope in us humans and gratefulness for being alive now, being able to sink in and share someone's expression like this.
Thank you. (also thanks for pointing out your inspirations! would have probably not found these games on my own I think)
You made such a beautiful game. I love that you included the palette option. It's really adds a lot of customization, yet it's so simple to implement.
I look forward to the full version. It's always interesting to me where people go with extensive idle games, because it's basically an exploration in mathematics. I love the design process.
To be honest, I don't see a way to directly improve upon this falling tiles approach. Being able to manipulate the "scenery" on the inside, or maybe something like the 4096 gameplay could be interesting, perhaps combined with some kind of synergy mechanic where certain tiles give you bonuses when they are close to certain other tiles (though the amount of synergies can't be too high, or the calculation gets too annoying).

A little thing inspired by and in remembrance of GROW Island by On of EYEZMAZE, the artist behind the world of GROW.
When I played this game as a child I only knew it under the name of "Komische Insel" (weird/funny island in German). That's why I named this "Komisches Projekt" (weird/funny project). It's only a very tiny thing, more a plaything than a game. But if I managed to kindle only the tiniest amount of nostalgia for GROW in you, then consider me happy.
