Rodger's spawn animation kind of cancels when other toons are placed, so I'd recommend place a broadcast block instead of the animation code, and on the "When I receive __" block, place a custom "My Block" block, then on the custom block definition just put the spawn animation code, this should work, probably, definitely, pretty sure, pretty damn sure.....
Dude, your work is awesome, I don't even know if their designs are official, but they are awesome, I just went through all of your projects, and they're too good, the Sprunked Demake horror mode was PHENOMENAL!! The ULTRAKILL soundtrack on the gray punching game, chef's kiss! You're such an underrated modder, hope you get far, man.
Decompiling it's kinda easy, you just go through the files in a file explorer or another app that can scratch code and extract the anti-decompiling thing
