Rodger's spawn animation kind of cancels when other toons are placed, so I'd recommend place a broadcast block instead of the animation code, and on the "When I receive __" block, place a custom "My Block" block, then on the custom block definition just put the spawn animation code, this should work, probably, definitely, pretty sure, pretty damn sure.....
