One Night at a Thyme: Spooky Season is a solo journaling game expansion to One Day at a Thyme, but can be played independently and without any familiarity with One Day.

Spooky Season is inspired by the lore and celebration of Hallowe'en and Samhain, though the name of this high holy season may change depending on the world in which you set it.

To play, you will need a six-sided die, a standard deck of playing cards, and of course, a journal and something to write with.

Thank you for the head's-up (and the kind review)! I've corrected the file.

🍄 One Day at a Thyme 🌿

A cozy, whimsical solo journaling game in which you play the inhabitant of a cottage in a magical world.

All you need is a six-sided die, a standard deck of playing cards, and a journal + something to write with.

Instructions

Visitation is an atmospheric, collaborative storytelling game in which a spectral Visitor attempts to relay the details of their death to the Living. (Alternatively, it is a game in which the Living endeavor to help the Visitor accept the fact that they are dead and may move on.) It was created for the #GentleGhostJam and #SpiritsEveFest.

The Halloween Tree meets Oregon Trail in this text-based game featuring random events. Guide a party of trick-or-treaters safely through the neighborhood to deliver chthonic talismans to your ailing best friend.

Play free in your browser.

Gotcha, cheers.

Great, thank you!

Do games submitted to Le Grand Guignol need to have been made in October? The description seems to indicate that these could have taken longer.

Hello! I'm new to the  jam/comp scene, so please forgive my lack of etiquette savvy, but I'm curious as to whether there is there a limit to the number of submissions per creator?
