Very funny and fun game! There's a surprising element of strategy in a game consisting of the godot logo of all things bouncing around the screen XD
Well done!
Very cool RPG that unfortunately gets cut way too early. The music is very nice to listen to (especially the battle, that slaps). The sound effects make the game more responsive. The graphics are pleasant to look at and have a consistent black and white artstyle that fits the moody atmosphere of the game. The dialogue can be quite humourous at times. The battles have a unique clock mechanic where taking damage changes the ability of the clock's 'Zone' which adds variety to the gameplay, however it is overshadowed by the fact that the player can just spam 'Attack' without much consequence as the clock is rewinded after every battle.
Very well done! Keep working on this!
How was this made in 4 days?!
Everything about this game is phenomenal from the gameplay mechanics, the story, the level design to the graphics, sound effects and music! Seriously if it weren't for the fact that this was made for a game jam, I would've thought I was commiting piracy by playing this for free. I love just how cute the blue blob is as well as its moveset that feels really good after getting used to it. The story between the blob and the professor didn't had to do more than explain why there's a day countdown, but it goes over the concepts of chasing success vs being with your friends, and it even made me care for the characters... FOR A BLOODY JAM GAME!
In my opinion, you win GTMK 2026, hands down.
Very interesting idea! The gameplay is made more engaging with the random effects. The sound effects are nice to listen to and make the game feel more responsive. The music could be better, but it's ok especially it was made during the very short development period of 3-5 hours. The graphics are just ripped from the original flappy bird. For some reason, the viewport on the web build isn't scaled correctly, so I was able to see more than I should.
Good effort!
Very cool puzzle game! The colour sorting mechanic is implemented well and is fun to interact with. The graphics are very charming and clearly communicate any important information to the player. The sound effects are very satisfying to listen to. The music, while a little repetitive, fits the relaxed atmosphere of the game. I also like the character dialogues that show up time to time. I wish there was more gameplay variety, but I wouldn't know how that could be added without changing the entire game.
Very well done!
Very fun maths game! I like how the player gets a random assortment of numbers and operators to create the target number, which makes the gameplay very interesting and strategic. The graphics are also simple and straight to the point, allowing players to easily see what elements are what (I especially like the numbers and operators being different colours). I wonder if it would be possible to add some sound effects to this game?
Well done!
Why taxes suck: The video game
This game is surprising very well polished and fun! The humour is on point. The graphics and sound effects are implemented well and complement the humour very well. The jazz music is a must listen and really amplifies the absurdity of the game. I genuinely can't think of a way to improve this game without ruining the humour.
Very well done!
Very cute game! The dailogue is well written. The graphics have a consistent artstyle that is pleasing to look at. The sound effects are punchy and make the game feel responsive along with the squash and stretch of sprites. I like how you get a limited amount of time to decide which dialogue option to choose as it fits Emil's character and makes the dating aspect more realistic. Shooting the gun is also quite fun.
I do wish there was music to accommodate the game as well as having more enemy variety for the shooting portions of the game. I also thought the grey bar (which is the player's sanity) represented how many enemies are remaining until you beat the game.
Very well done!
Very atmospheric game! The graphics are pleasing to look at and informs the player of any vital information well. The music is very relaxing and fits the atmosphere. The sound effects make the game feel responsive while fitting the game's atmosphere. Wish the darkness was toned down a bit and that the player could die on command instead of waiting out the flame.
Very well done!
Very interesting inversion of the typical incremental game! I like having to balance the wages of the employees to maxmise profit as it added more variety to the gameplay. The graphics have a charming artstyle and respond to the player's actions very well (i.e. destroying a factory or planting some trees). The audio is very relaxing and atmospheric despite the lack of music. The sound effects also make the game feel more responsive.
Very well done!
Solid game, I had a decent amount of fun playing this. The graphics are pleasing to look at and communicates vital information the player very well. The sound effects also gives the actions more impact and makes the game overall feel more responsive. However, is this meant to be a horror game? Because the music does clash with the game's dark and unnerving atmosphere.
Very well done!
Very well made platformer with a cool inversion of the typical speedrunning mechanic. Graphics are simple yet effective, responsive and communicates information to the player very well. Sound effects complement the gameplay and graphics very nicely and are pleasant to listen to. The same can be said for the music. However, I did encounter a weird visual glitch where on level 6, the spikes of the first room were invisible until the yellow square was picked up.
Very well done!
Cool typing game! I like how the mechanic of the falling words tie into the jam's theme while also keeping gameplay very engaging for the player. The music is pretty cool. The graphics, while could of had a more consistent artstyle, do a good job of communicating important information to the player like the enemy's health or the progress made typing a word. Wish there were some sound effects to make the action more impactful though.
Well done!
Nice wee game, especially for your first one! The graphics have a charming artstyle and the random drunk effects made the gameplay more interesting. For your next game, try dedicating some time for creating or sourcing some sound effects and music as it can make the game feel more lively and responsive.
Well done!
Sadly didn't get too far into the game, but from what I've played (beat the first level and got stuck on the second), it looks very good!
The graphics have a charming artstyle that perfectly fits the horror centric atmosphere of the game. It also shows important information (like the time left on a match or the amount of matches remaining) in a clear and creative manner. The sound effects and music complement the graphics and atmosphere very well. The monsters and the match burning mechanic adds tension and excitement to what would otherwise be a very chill but dull walking simulator. I wish the locations of the keys (and other objectives) were more clear though.
Very well done!
Judging from the thumbnail, I thought this would be some funny meme game. I'm so glad I was wrong.
The puzzles are challenging, well designed and make the player truly stop and think. Pair that with mechanics like the moving enemies and the undo, and it results in a very fun gameplay experience. The graphics look very professionally made and clearly shows important gameplay information to the player. The sound effects add an appropriate amount of impact to the action on screen. The music is chill and quiet, complementing the puzzle gameplay very well.
Elite game! Very well done!
Bob is cool. The little narrative going on between levels is a nice addition that gives Bob development. The main mechanic of a limited number of actions (jumping, teleporting, etc) that the player can make before they die fits the jams theme very well while also creating a unique puzzle element to a platformer.
However, the graphics are in dire need for improvement as the game can look dull and some key information isn't obvious, like the UI displaying the amount of actions left without any indication on what those actions are, which ends up being an issue in the later levels. Adding more sound effects as well as some music would go a long way to improving the game's atmosphere. There's also some gameplay issues, such as Bob getting stuck on walls, making wall jumps more cumbersome. The teleport mechanic doesn't show where Bob ends up, resulting in unncessary deaths. Finally, it would be better if there was no sprint toggle and instead, Bob simply always moved at the sprint speed.
At least you tried, keep practising!
This has the potential to be a very cool rage game! I like how the stranded astronauts force the player to go fast as opposed to using a more slow and cautious playstyle. The graphics are simple yet pleasing while also communicating vital information to the player. The sound effects adds good feedback to the player's input and gives action more depth. The music fits the overall atmosphere and narrative of the game, though it does unfortunately not loop properly. I wish the hitboxes for the astronauts were slightly bigger to make the game less fustrating and that the asteriods weren't randomised to allow for more consistent playthroughs.
Overall, very well done!
Very unique and relaxing decremental game! The attachment system makes the incremental-like gameplay more interesting. The graphics are simple yet nice on the eyes while clearly displaying any important information to the player. The sound effects add great feedback to the player's actions. The music is chill but somewhat unsettling, which fits the game's overall atmosphere.
However, it would be good if the sticky note upgrades had unique textures or colours so players could easily distinguish between them. Some attachments are vastly more powerful than others, which encourages the player to go for the same attatchments each run. Also, is the game meant to end on a black screen?
Overall, I had a lot of fun playing this game! Very well done!
Very cool game! I enjoyed being able to shoot fireworks at the props. The double jump and dash are very welcome additions that give the player more control over the dog. The graphics are solid and clearly show what's happening on screen. The music kicks ass and fits the destructive mechanics of the game. The sound effect that plays when a prop is destroying gives very satisfying feedback to the player.
However, I did manage to complete the game without using the shadow mechanic. I wish that the dog's collision collider didn't have rounded edges so that the dog wouldn't slip off the edges of platforms. Also, the dog is very slippery XD
Overall, I had fun playing this game! Well done!
Nice wee game. The graphics are charming and have a consistent artstyle. The music used fits the game's atmosphere pretty well. I also like that the items and enemies are randomised each playthrough. However, it's effectively made useless by the fact that the only item that's needed to beat the game is the key and that the player isn't required to fight the enemies. In addition, the attack range of the player isn't made clear, resulting in enemies not taking damage when they seemingly should, further encouraging the player to avoid engaging with enemies all together. The game could also make use of sound effects to further enhance the impact of certain actions like attacking.
Despite that, I still had a decent time playing this game! Well done!
Nice wee game where you eat small fish avoiding big fish. The gameplay is quite fun as the player fish grows bigger, which allows them to eat fish that were previously fatal to player, but to maintain challenge, even larger fish comes into play! After a while, the player goes along a river, which is also fun to play as the player needs to dodge obstacles and they have the ability to slow down time. The performance in the river section determines how many lives the player will have the next time they're underwater, creating a cohesive gameplay loop.
The visuals are well made and fun to look at. The music is relaxing and fitting for the game's theming. The sound effects are sensible and make the game feel more responsive.
Overall, very well done! 👍
Extremely fun endless game! I like how every time you clear the level, a new element is added to it whether the element is a platform or obstacle. Speaking of obstacles, it's very fun to destroy them using the ninja's move set as it makes you feel very powerful while also requiring caution from the player to avoid accidently getting hurt. The visuals are striking as they make use of silhouettes with colour saved for important elements such as obstacles and the player. The music fits the ninja gameplay quite well. The sound effects adds flair to the action and makes the game more responsive. Finally, Sensei is pretty cool.
Overall, especially since this was seemingly made in TurboWarp, very well done! 👍
Fun puzzle game! The visuals are simple yet pack a lot of juice through the effective use of particle effects, animated text and shaders. The music is very relaxing to listen to and having it slow down during programming is a very nice touch. The sound effects make the game responsive, but they can be a bit loud at times. The programming mechanic is solidly implemented and I'm glad that not everything is tied to the loop as being able to move freely made the game more enjoyable, though having an indicator showing where the programming loop begins would be nice to have as it could provide extra clarity to the player.
Overall, very well done! 👍
Fun and chaotic game where the player delivers packages straight to the people while avoiding running them over and taking caution of the emerging oil puddles, which add to the chaos and fun. The sound effects give a good sense of responsiveness and are hilarious! Wish there was music though. The visuals communicate essential information to the player quite well, but they do lack variety and look a bit plain. On the other hand, the scream button was a very nice and funny addition.
Overall, well done! 👍
