Glad you liked it. You have to use W and S to adjust the bulge of the spectrum. How much damage happens to an enemy depends on how wide that color is in the spectrum. Eg if the bulge is on yellow, yellow enemies will be hit very hard but blue ones will be barely hurt.
I did consider painting the ground but that might’ve made enemy colors hard to identify and interfered with the gameplay. That’s why the bg is dark’ish and enemies are brightly colored.
Fun game! The parallax art looks really cool. If there was an option to cancel the jump or slide like you can in subway surfer, it would fit really well because then you can collect even more pickups.
Really fun game! I got to number 5 after a couple tries. Climbing the leaderboard makes it really addictive. I wish the boss guy didn’t go near the wall because that means the player can’t see his health bar anymore.
Beautiful and charming game. Sound design is really good. The sounds feel nice on the ears. I was a little sad when I finished it because I wanted to play more. Would definitely buy it if you published an expanded version of it.
Thrilled to hear you liked it! Yeah the wave 3 is supposed to be hard because it’s the last one. You have to get some good upgrades or use the color mechanic really efficiently to survive that.

The third wave is actually the final one, which is why it’s so difficult. There are certain upgrade combinations that are quite overpowered and can be very useful in the third wave.
