Thanks! I did run into the issue of: I want to add a false sense of security but at the same time this is openly a yandere game and I don't have much time. But now that I'm reading your comment I'm getting some good ideas. I'm also definitely expanding the story, options and endings. I tried to boil it down as much as possible for the gamejam. :)

I'm glad you liked it!
I'm currently working on the full version and Yuno Gasai is a great inspo for facial expressions and violent poses. I took note of the grammar and spelling mistakes part and will improve that for the full game. I also want to try to give it all a more natural pacing, I tend to be a very direct person and therefore my writing can become too direct as well, so thanks for bringing that up!
About the backgrounds: I am finishing up the sketched backgrounds, besides that I'll also draw some scenes that are described in the dialogue to bring it all a bit more to life!
About the sprites: There are some different expressions and poses planned and I'm currently especially researching facial expressions for Annabell while also working on their characterdesigns again. Jaspers original sketch vibe was more colorful and tired and I feel like both of them lost a bit of personality in the artworks that I quickly made for the gamejam. So I want to go back to the roots so to say for the full game!
(Also because you said that you love yandere games, I have another one in early development (skecthing&writing phase) called the angels shadow! You could say that yandere of the forest is a bit of a practice round for that one!)
Thanks! With the sound I have to see if I'll do more myself (this is my first time really making music and sounds myself, I recorded everything with my mic and edited some stuff together) or if I team up with someone in the future for that! I'm currently also experimenting with different facial expressions, especially psycho character ones to see what direction I want to take it all! I plan to make a finished version of this in the future. Thank you for your comment. :)
Awesome concept! The gameplay feels unique and the scare at the end was really disturbing, I expected something completely different and I love a twist! The visuals are also really cool! The only thing I would change is the mouse sensitivty of the maze. I love that it's hard and it should definitely stay that way but I had to bsically slightly twitch with my hand in order to move (in order not to die) instead of actually moving my hand. I would also appreciate descriptions of the utensils to be shown when equipped or hovering over them!
I hope this was helpful! If you ever want to turn this into a bigger project, I'll be excited to play it!
Good game! I have some suggestions for the full version:
Choices please! It can absolutely still align with the mc! Like make me choose HOW to kill that dude because the mc is not going to spare him. Minimal dialogue choices like the reaction to the package arriving or what to say to the villain would also add a lot of flavour! Art, sound design etc. are awesome! The only thing I have to say about that is that in some moments the music is too calm, considering whats happening. Oh and a TW for the wristcut would be good. You could also enhance the horror aspect by (for example) giving the mc strong paranoia and some choices connected with that that make the player nervous or something similar to that!
I hope this has been helpful! I'm looking forward to the full version!
