This is a game, my FIRST game, that I made over the course of a week to celebrate my own birthday. Why? Not sure really, just seemed fun. I love bears and thought I could really delve into my passion with this game. The whole idea of the game is built around how bears live, and their hibernation cycle in particular. I think I captured it pretty well considering it's only a small arcade game.
The graphics, music and sounds were done by my friend who you can find at Ivy's Channel on YouTube. I honestly adore their work and it's super nice to have made something with them.
Recently, I pushed a big update, adding an entire level editor to the game. It's not necessarily Mario Maker level stuff, but it's pretty nice! I hope that if you enjoy the base game, you'll also enjoy making a few brand new levels for yourself. You can share them too, by just sending the TSCN or JSON files to a friend! Pretty slick, I think.
Generally I just hope that the people who see this find joy in my expression of passion that is this game. It's my first game and while it may show in some places, I also think it's rather impressive. Please, let me know what you think if you ever get around to trying it out.
