Really liked the art and the music / sound design!! I had trouble consistently grabbing the dice though - hard to tell where the point of my cursor was.

I really enjoyed this! I'm a fan of Inscyption and it brought me right back to there. At first it felt a liiiitttle too similar, but as it went on really felt like it distanced itself. Loved the art, and excellent job with the sound design too -- everything felt very neat. Can't wait to see what you do next!
Really solid platformer!! My only bit of advice is to give some enemies a ranged attack, or limit the protagonist's ammo -- I felt absolutely unkillable as I unloaded on any unfortunate fool in front of me. Regardless, fun experience! Loved the art, and especially the music -- between the two it gave slight MegaMan X vibes. Awesome job!
Thank you so much!!
The stats primarily had their own unique dialogues or actions throughout the story, so you would see a different dialogue choice to say to Morgan using Charisma than you would if you chose Strength, and this could lead to unique responses in turn.
But they also affected certain rolled outcomes (if you tried to catch something thrown at you when you have Strength as your stat, you have a higher chance of success than if you chose Charisma).
I had the to-do to call out those specific options/effects more prominently to reward the player's choice and make it noticeable but ran outta time :)
Thanks again for playing!!
Great art all around and really loved the intro. Loved the different gameplay elements, though hit a couple bugs along the way that impeded my progress. First time through I failed the dolls bit and the generator bit, and could not access those parts again when talking to the Lover, so I was stuck in the main hub. Started New Game again, and on the 2nd time through on the generator part I somehow lost my utility bar at the bottom on the 7th wave and couldn't place bombs/walls/etc (and I couldn't get slash to work personally), went to the Subhub, lost at the dolls again (but did better at least lol!) and couldn't access either portion again. All in all fun experience, would play as it gets touched up!
I really like the concept and mechanics of this platformer -- the distractions that you can stave off and ability to alter the landscape through your own placement of platforms. Though I think I hit a bug where I couldn't remove platforms I placed, maybe a browser-version issue. The platforming was pretty challenging
I really enjoyed this game! The movement is super slick, and the protagonist makes you feel like a mashup between Link and a Dark Souls knight. The art in general is cool. Controls worked as described, and the healing / time regeneration speed felt perfect so I never had too much or was left wanting more. The rewind feature was cool throughout -- I used it against mainly the ranged enemies.
My only nitpick is that the feature didn't work properly on the final boss whenever I wanted to pull them back into frame, though we could chalk it up as them perhaps being just immune to it :) . Also the feature may shine more with some dangerous platforming elements -- that way if you miss your jump it's a perfect reason to use rewind outside of combat.
Awesome work and congrats on your first game jam! It was my first too, feels great doesn't it?

Very enjoyable, and loved the themes woven in throughout -- especially in the boss battles. I especially liked the first one. Great design.
Also was amused by how it's a game where you go around shooting snakes and blobs to discover life skills. It's cheeky and presented in a fun way.
Good audio, tight platforming, challenging but not brutally so. And each new skill felt good. Really great.
