Ah, unfortunate. I was hoping it's like patreon, where the itch.io (patreon) side uses payoneer, but the destination is a normal bank account. edit: vgen's vgen payments (stripe-based) seem to work the same way. Uses stripe, but you don't need a stripe account. Just googled testimonies.

Or do a basic bank account number + SWIFT number suffice to receive the money? I'm talking about "Collected by itch.io & paid later (aka itch.io Payouts)" on https://itch.io/docs/creators/payments#payment-modes/collected-by-itchio-and-pai... , Unfortunately the page is a bit unclear.  
For comparison:

• steam: just normal international bank transfer
• patreon: can do bank transfer through payoneer, I don't need a payoneer account
• gumroad: can do normal international bank transfer
• vgen: can do stripe-based and paypal-based payout, need both accounts from what I can tell, only paypal need an account, the other one is "stripe-based", but you don't need a stripe account

The reason I ask is because I want to avoid paypal/payoneer/stripe if possible, because: 

• paypal: prone to banning, and weird stuff, true from personal experience
• payoneer: expensive fees
• stripe: unfortunately not supported in my country
