With regard to the one star review that was just left on this game, I'd just like to clarify that it's inaccurate. Any and all lesbian content, and sex scenes in general, in this game will be avoidable and/or skippable.

Can't say for certain. Maybe, maybe not. There are plans for optional twink/femboy stuff later on in the story, though.

It's probably going to be around 60/40 or 70/30 in terms of MF/FF, though there will be threesomes and group sex scenes that blur those lines. A lot of both, either way. 

It's worth mentioning that the majority of sex scenes in the game are optional and based on your choices, though. So if you want to avoid a certain kink or orientation you mostly can!
