I would say almost 100% not, and if it is, it will come packaged with a nice remote access trojan that scrapes every password and piece of banking info out of you PC when you run the game.

update, and I DO NOT RECCOMEND PEOPLE DO THIS, THIS IS TROUBLESHOOTING INFO FOR THE DEV:
This was fully soft locked and i did everything else possible in the game, even full cleared melkors a couple times.
I decompiled the save and incremented the quest counters of the people in question (Karos and Scarlett) backwards, then played through their quest lines again. I believe somewhere in there I managed to go through some action chain in game that caused events to play out of order (i think something like checking on ivys room in a morning before having the bed built, or clearing Karos defense too early, but i havent put in the work to reproduce or test that) which made it so he wouldnt make the bed because the game thought he already made the bed.
Dont forget that they like to rugpull paying users, pretty much every dev gives current release to itch purchasers when you pay 10-15-20...., but not these guys. I bought love and sex: second base for $20, whose base game is "finished" but still getting big content updates, and then ALSO the $5 dlc that adds pretty much a whole other games worth of content, Yet i would have to pay the same price across 2 copies of the same beta game while trying to shove a launcher down my throat so they can run their grubby fingers all over my data? Cmon...
Hey the performance has taken a HUGE hit in 5.0. Like, several seconds of load time and weird load times when transitioning out of a room. Idk if its larger and higher quality images for the sprites and stuff or what but its a pretty noticeable performance drop. Could also be my PC, my hardware has its own shortcomings.
i would just install a separate instance of the game, go gamefolder>game>saves and copy your relevant saves over to the new instance, will prob fix it.
Other than that check your windows sound settings and device settings, and then double check the ingame settings menu and make sure "mute all" is off and the sliders are up.
Hey man you're a one guy who's doing the roles of a full stack programmer AND a visual artist trying to push out enterprise grade material on a project a TEAM of people would struggle with. dont stress yourself too hard about update cadence and timing. I hope you just focus on making your vision come to life and dont let yourself feel pressured by petty masturbators. Its the patient masturbators like me who are really going to appreciate your work for what it is in the end, anyways.
probably a while, Mist was indev for quite some time. If you're getting impatient you can download the Ren'Py sdk from https://www.renpy.org/latest.html and the blender sdk from https://www.blender.org/ and see how long a game takes to make.
i HIGHLY doubt that, I dumped my 660s 2 years ago BECAUSE they wouldnt run new stuff, Halo infinite wont even launch on them, and driver support for them has been gone for more than 2 years now. You have an antique edge case and developers have no rhyme or reason to support, much less optimize, for buckets like yours. maybe your framerate is fine on minimum settings in the menu and during cinematics, but you're having a serious giggle if you're gonna say AAA titles run "fine" on them. ALSO, this game is pretty clearly optimized for Vulkan(hence why , and (shocker) there isnt even a driver suite for the 660 that supports the Vulkan graphics API, it just falls back to the shoddier and less efficient GL. Fr tho id be excited to see a screenshot of one of those games running above 40 frames while at 1920x1080, while looking at anything but the floor, lmao. Even an old ass bone stock 1660 super for $160 new in box would literally pentuple your performance.
