Hi everyone, I’m PeanutStudio. I’ve released Horror Hospital, a top-down pixel-art prop collection for abandoned wards, operating rooms, laboratories and morgues.

Hospital ward prop preview

The pack has 1,800+ props across 20 categories. I wanted to offer enough variety for different rooms to have their own identity, rather than reuse the same few beds and cabinets everywhere.

There is a free 24-prop sample if you’d like to try it in your own scene. Both the sample and full pack allow commercial use and modification, with no attribution required.

These are individual transparent PNG props. Traditional wall/floor tilesets, complete maps and scripts are not included.

For anyone who needs more settings, the hospital, mansion and cemetery packs are also available together for $10 during our current bundle sale: https://itch.io/s/203285/build-entire-horror-worlds-top-down-pixel-art-bundle

Thanks for taking a look. Feedback on how the props fit into your scenes is welcome.

Hi everyone, I’m PeanutStudio. I’ve just published Haunted Mansion, a collection of pixel-art props for top-down RPG scenes, and I’d like to share it here.

The theme is an old house with a few things out of place: a clock that has stopped, a portrait that seems to watch you, and books you probably shouldn’t open. The props are intended for furnishing rooms and leaving little clues in horror, exploration and puzzle projects.

The full pack has 1000+ props across 20 themes, including furniture, candles, tea sets, portraits, clocks, books, dolls and occult objects. They come as individual transparent PNGs. This is a scene-prop collection; traditional wall and floor tilesets aren’t included.

I’ve also put together a free sample of 24 props so you can try a few in your own scenes before deciding whether the full pack is useful. Both the sample and the paid collection allow commercial use and modification, with no credit required. Please don’t redistribute them as a standalone asset pack.

If you’re working on a similar setting, I’d be interested to hear which everyday objects or strange little details you find hardest to source. Feedback on the pack is welcome, too.

Thanks for taking a look. I hope the sample is useful for something you’re making.
