I tried fixing a bug and re-uploading the files and didn't notice the jam had blocked my ability do so - BUT at the same time, allowed me to delete the files without warning me beforehand. What I fixed:
One of the ways you can react to Jack breaking into Wendy's apartments is to try to open the safe while he is still there. After that choice played out you were stuck in the apartment with no way out. I fixed it and now the player can move on.

I like this feature to play on my smartphone, it generates an emulator and it's very handy!
