More like Tewi's SAW trap, good lord that's a lotta obstacles!

I laughed my ass off at the final boss reveal.

I like what's here, but there isn't very much. With more sound effects and less empty rooms it would've been a serviceable "short and sweet" homage.

I will say this is definitely the most polished and complete game I've played so far in the jam, and I had fun with it.

That being said, the final boss is ABSURDLY harder than anything else you do before, and dash being bound to the z key kept throwing me off. Music and art both amazing. Good stuff!

I'm getting pleb filtered by the Alice fight and will let you know how I feel once I'm done with that.

A lot of the ingredients go unused and the last recipe seems impossible to make given that your inventory is overloaded with rice seeds, unless I'm missing something. Tried to sell food to the shop out of curiosity, and it gave me no money. What an economy!

Girls were cute.

I managed to beat Momiji, but it was a rather uneventful game, and the main gameplay could've definitely spent a little longer in the oven. I like the reimagining of a spellcard battle as a 2d platformer, and the sprites are nice.

Amazing. Reminds me of so many old CYOA flash games I used to play, and I love the framing of the story.

I only managed to really finish the Sekibanki romance, but it was great. Didn't find the third ending!

Playing this on a trackpad is hell lol.

Great stuff!!!

I really wanted to like this more than I did. The writing was funny, but some of the self-awareness needed to be toned down a little. It's one of those humor quirks that quickly outwears its welcome.

And on the subject of outwearing its welcome, the gameplay went from being funny to extremely tedious within about two minutes. The game would've benefited a lot more from typing something besides every single full sentence the characters were saying. Typing of the dead is fun because the words come rapidly and are full of different quirks that can trip the player up. While some of the sentences had typing quirks, they were far more annoying than "fun." And at a certain point, it just feels like work to be typing full sentences. Also, the second "give me oil!!!" prompt wouldn't clear me and ended up... hurting me? I got a red halo and then the game abruptly gave me a game over during the sonic adventure 2 reference. Don't really feel like typing all that nonsense again to see if it happens again.

I would recommend something more like a "words of power" system where the player gets to enjoy the dialogue without having to type every single word out, focusing on highlighted text instead.

Conceptually very very charming. The graphics were adorable, both the "real world" sprites and whatever weird lacanian nonsense is going on in Alice's mind to guard her from Marisa's wooing.

Gameplay wise,  I get what was going on here (plants vs zombies style, with alternate forms of "currency"), but it felt a little too "snowball-y," in that you could easily get wiped out early on by neglecting a lane, but at a certain point losing was essentially impossible. All the doll designs were super cute though (shoutout to the catapult and the silencer- my favorites!), so it's whatever.

It's really heavy handed but I like the art a lot

Nice job taking assets from Nuclear Throne and Undertale and Necrodancer. Fuck a bitch named Nuclear Throne, all my homies hate Nuclear Throne, we just play THE TRIBUTE

Overall amusing and I agree with the general principal but a lot of it comes off as unfunny and petulant anger.
